First of all, I hope everyone had a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS full of love, joy and quality time with your family and friends! I’m know I’m late in posting my Christmas tree and mantle but in light of the holidays I wanted to share a quick glimpse of what my 2012 Christmas tree and Mantle looked like.

I purchased a pre-lit tree from hobby lobby and used lots of white, silver and gold with a little hint of burlap on the tree and for the mantle I went with a winter wonderland theme.

I hope you enjoy!

Here are a few images of my Christmas Tree

"Christmas Tree"

I made Burlap Streamers to go on both sides of the tree, I really wanted to make a large Burlap Bow for the Tree topper with streamers on all sides, but there wasn’t enough time for me to do it all. Oh well, there is always next year!!

Here is my Fireplace Mantle

I wanted a winter wonderland theme so I used silver and looking glass vases with white accents. I purchased pre-lit garland from JCPenney but after plugging it in the lights looked green so I decided to just decorate the garland with ornaments, Frosted Pine Cones and Frosted stems.

Here is an upclose view of the left side. I added frosted orchids to a mercury vase that I already had. I purchased a Frosted white Christmas Tree from Pier 1 to go atop a Mercury Candle Holder that I purchased from TJ Maxx several months back.  I purchased the white and silver deer from TJ Maxx for $7.99. Then I used two two Mercury Glass Candle Holders that I recently purchased for $6.99 each from TJ Maxx to frame the center of the mantle.

"Right side of mantle"

This is an upclose view of the right side of the mantle. I used to Etched Mercury Glass pieces that I purchased back in April from Garden Ridge to add height and next to them I placed the pottery barn inspired bay leaf tree that I made for the holidays.

"Front of Mantle"

Here you can see the center of the mantle. I used the word JOY as the center of the mantle, I thought it pulled it together. I purchased it at Hobby Lobby at the beginning of the Christmas Season. With the 40% off I only paid $8.00 for it. I added a swag that I purchased from Michaels for $9.00 to the top of the mirror.

Sorry for not sharing sooner! I know it’s late, but I just couldn’t let the holiday season come and go without sharing!

Merry Christmas to All & To All a Good Night!
