Hi everyone! I wanted to do a quick post and let you all know that I’m still here, as I’ve received a few emails asking if I was okay, as it had been awhile since I posted, so I want to first say thank you for checking in and second say that I’m so sorry I’ve been MIA! I have been working on SOOO many projects and with an almost 3-year-old that wants to help with everything it’s virtually impossible to get anything done until she goes to sleep, and since there are only so many hours in the day I’ve had to spend the few hours I have trying to finish up some of the projects, but don’t worry, I’ve taken pictures of everything I’ve done and will soon be able to share tutorials for some pretty cool projects.

Here are a few of the upcoming posts to look for

  • Craft Room Reveal – I finally got the carpet ripped out and the new flooring installed, so I’m finally at a point where I can share the reveal, YAY!!
  • Home Office to Play Room/Office combo – how I turned our home office into a fully functioning play room, while still being able to use it as an office
  • DIY Stair Makeover – I have been working non-stop over the past month to refinish my stairs, this has been a huge project, but I’m at the very end, so I’m excited to share my journey.  I’m going to share it in two parts, as it was such a huge undertaking that it will be easier to share and understand if I break it into two sections. Part 1 will include everything that takes place once you pull up your carpet until you’re ready to start painting. Part 2 will include how to paint and seal your steps, as well as the final reveal.
  • DIY Button Tufted Toy Box Bench Seat – I turned a plain toy box into a beautiful bench that would allow Riley to have extra seating in her play room
  • How to Monogram Furniture {without stencils} – I also monogrammed the front of Riley’s toy box, so I’m going to show how to monogram a piece of furniture with things you have on hand, it’s SUPER easy and gives it a high-end look.
  • How to turn an Ikea Children’s table into a beautiful Chalkboard table – This has been a HUGE hit with Riley, she absolutely loves her little table and is a must-have for any playroom
  • How to create an antique ivory finish with DIY chalk and glaze – I re-finished every piece of furniture in my bedroom, as well as my living room using this technique. You wouldn’t believe the compliments I’ve received on the transformation. The best part was it was SOOOOOO easy!! So please check back if you’re looking for an easy way to truly transform a piece of furniture (without the hassle of sanding or priming)

Those are just a few of the projects and tutorials I will be sharing in the near future, so please check back, as I promise I’m not going anywhere!! 🙂

I hope you’ll check back soon!!!

Until Next Time…….
